1. Who we are

ApiClaude provides AI chat, OpenAI-compatible API access, hosted agent tools, account billing, referral features, and related product support. This Privacy Policy applies to the website, web application, API, and connected product surfaces operated under the ApiClaude name.

2. Data we collect

We collect account information such as email address, display name, authentication method, account status, balance, referral information, and settings. If you use wallet, Telegram, or another login method, we may store the identifier needed to connect that identity to your account.

We collect product usage information such as API keys metadata, request source, selected model, token counts, billing events, chat messages, file or text content you submit, agent configuration, tool results, logs, support messages, and error diagnostics.

We collect technical information such as IP address, user agent, session cookies, CSRF tokens, device/browser information, timestamps, security events, and rate-limit signals needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Google Sign-In data

When you sign in or link an account with Google, ApiClaude requests the standard OpenID Connect scopes: openid, email, and profile. We use this data to authenticate you, create or link your ApiClaude account, show a recognizable account label, and protect against duplicate or unauthorized account access.

Google data we may receive includes your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, name, and profile image URL. We store the minimum account-linking data needed to keep your login working and to let existing users connect Google to an existing ApiClaude account.

ApiClaude does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google API data for sign-in. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google Sign-In data for advertising.

4. How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide chat and API access, route requests to selected AI models, calculate usage and balance, process payments, operate referrals, deliver support, diagnose incidents, prevent fraud or abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

We may aggregate or de-identify usage information to understand service health, model performance, costs, and product quality. Aggregated or de-identified information does not identify a specific user.

5. AI, API, and agent processing

When you send prompts, chat messages, files, voice transcripts, API requests, or agent tasks, ApiClaude processes that content to provide the requested AI result. Depending on the model or feature you choose, your content may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure, model providers, hosting providers, or tool integrations needed to complete the request.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for avoiding secrets, regulated data, or third-party confidential information unless you have the right to process it through the service.

6. Payments and billing data

ApiClaude may use third-party payment processors and crypto payment services to accept top-ups and manage payment status. We store payment records, provider references, ledger events, balances, and transaction status. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on ApiClaude servers.

7. Sharing and service providers

We share data only as needed to run ApiClaude: with authentication providers, payment processors, AI model providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, logging and security services, communications tools, or legal and compliance parties where required. These providers may process data in countries different from yours.

We do not sell personal information. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, protect security, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by Google API Services policies and this Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies, sessions, and security

We use cookies and similar session technologies to keep you signed in, protect forms from CSRF, remember language choices, and maintain secure account state. We apply access controls, secret handling practices, logging, and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep account, billing, usage, and security data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accurate balances, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and operate backups. Some logs and backups may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

You may request account deletion or data access through /feedback. We may need to retain certain records where required for billing, security, accounting, or legal reasons.

10. Your choices

You can choose whether to use Google Sign-In, password login, wallet login, or other available authentication methods. You can unlink connected identities where the product provides that option or ask support to help. You can also stop using the service, delete API keys, and request account deletion.

11. Children

ApiClaude is not intended for children under 18. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to accept these terms in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as ApiClaude, legal requirements, or platform rules change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
