1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, using the website, calling the API, topping up a balance, or using any ApiClaude feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and the 隐私政策. If you do not agree, do not use ApiClaude.

You must be at least 18 years old or old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

ApiClaude provides AI chat, OpenAI-compatible API endpoints, model routing, account billing, hosted agent tools, documentation, support, and related product features. Features, models, prices, limits, and availability may change over time.

ApiClaude is not a professional adviser, bank, payment institution, medical provider, legal adviser, or financial adviser. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, unsafe, or wrong.

3. Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for your account, password, Google Sign-In connection, wallet connection, API keys, session security, and all activity under your account. Keep credentials private and notify us if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.

When you sign in with Google, ApiClaude uses Google account data only to authenticate, create, or link your ApiClaude account as described in the 隐私政策.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ApiClaude to break the law, violate third-party rights, abuse infrastructure, bypass rate limits, resell access without permission, share credentials publicly, reverse engineer private systems, distribute malware, run credential theft, generate or facilitate fraud, spam, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful activity.

You must also follow the applicable policies of upstream model providers, payment providers, hosting providers, and any third-party services connected through ApiClaude.

5. AI outputs and user responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, executing code, making business decisions, or taking actions that affect people, money, systems, or rights. Do not treat generated content as professional advice.

Outputs may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

6. Billing, balances, and payments

ApiClaude may operate on a prepaid balance, token-based usage, feature charges, promotional credits, referral credits, or other pricing models shown in the product. Charges may depend on model, input tokens, output tokens, request source, agent activity, provider costs, or payment method.

Top-ups and payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors or crypto payment services. Payments, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled according to the product rules shown at the time, applicable law, and the payment provider rules. Promotional credits may expire, be limited, or be revoked for abuse.

7. API keys, agents, and automation

API keys and hosted agents can cause paid requests, external calls, code execution, file changes, or other automated actions depending on configuration. You are responsible for permissions, prompts, credentials, repositories, files, tools, and third-party accounts you connect.

ApiClaude may throttle, suspend, limit, or remove API keys, agents, jobs, traffic, or accounts to protect security, costs, reliability, or other users.

8. Third-party services

ApiClaude may rely on third-party AI model providers, authentication providers, payment processors, wallet providers, hosting providers, analytics/logging services, communications services, and tool integrations. Their services may have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, and availability.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose providers to support the features you request and to keep the service operational.

9. Your content and license to operate

You keep your rights to prompts, files, messages, API requests, agent instructions, and other content you submit. You grant ApiClaude the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform, display, store, secure, debug, and provide the service using that content.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content to ApiClaude and to process it through the models, tools, and providers you choose.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep ApiClaude reliable, but the service may be unavailable, degraded, rate-limited, or changed without notice. Models, routes, prices, features, documentation, and payment methods can change as infrastructure, provider rules, costs, or product priorities change.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates security or payment risk, abuses the service, violates provider policies, or could harm ApiClaude, other users, or third parties. You may stop using ApiClaude at any time and request account deletion through /feedback.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ApiClaude is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApiClaude will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, security incidents outside our reasonable control, AI output mistakes, third-party provider failures, or unauthorized use of your credentials.

13. Governing rules

These terms are governed by applicable law for the operator of ApiClaude, except where mandatory consumer protection or local law requires otherwise. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

14. Contact
